Instructions for Registering for Faith Formation
for the 2026-2027 School Year.
St. Mary Parish, Georgetown, MA is using the Parish Giving system for families to schedule their Faith Formation session and make tuition payments. Please read the information below carefully and proceed with the instructions for registering as either a returning or new family.
2025-2026 Tuition Rates for Religious Education
1 Child = $175 2 Children = $325 3+ Children = $400
SACRAMENTAL FEES
1st Communion: $30 Confirmation: $75
CATHOLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS
Confirmation Fee $100

Returning Families-Welcome Back!
If you’re a returning family, and your child was registered in our program last year, please do not fill out a form. You will/should have received an email from Parish Giving (Parish Giving Admin <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>) on July 6, 2026. This email contains the login credentials for a Parish Giving account that was created for you.
There is no need for you to create a Parish Giving account. Simply link to parishgiving.org/login and login using your credentials from the email. If you cannot find the login credentials select “Forgot username or password?”
If registration opens, and you don’t receive this automated email, please first check your junk/spam mailbox first before contacting us or Parish Giving.

If you’re a first-time family, or your child did not participate in our program last year, you will need to fill out the form using link below. Once you complete this form, the Religious Education office will be notified and will review your application. If approved, you will receive an automated email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that will be created for you.
Sign into your account to make a payment and select sessions for your child(ren).

Confirmation Fees for Catholic School Students
If your child attends a catholic high school, he/she will not be required to attend classes; however, they will need to attend the retreat and submit the homework prep detailed on our Faith Formation Page. Sacramental Fee $75
