A marriage ceremony is relatively brief—the marriage is for a lifetime.

The Church wishes preparation for the marriage—not just the ceremony.

Engaged Couples should:

*.  .Notify the parish at least six months in advance of the wedding date

*.  .Arrange a personal interview with Fr. Bob to set date and time and do necessary paperwork plan

.          .ceremony, and set time for rehearsal.

*.  .Attend marriage preparation sessions (Pre-Cana).  Many couples attend Pre-Cana at Saint Basil.
